Powered by real wood or charcoal, the Ooni Karu 12 allows you to cook authentic wood-fired, stone-baked pizza in any outdoor space in just 60 seconds.
The Ooni Karu 12 is also compatible with gas – you can order an Ooni Gas Burner attachment to switch to propane gas for firing the oven instead of wood.
The custom-designed fuel tray of the Ooni Karu enhances airflow and delivers a powerful blast of searing flame. Fill it with real wood or charcoal without worrying about excess ash cleanup.
At just 26.5lb (12kg), the Ooni Karu 12 is highly portable, offering all the power and heat of a larger wood-fired oven. Its stainless steel body is insulated with ceramic fibre and features an extra-thick Ooni Baking Stone and a patented flame keeper to ensure maximum heat retention.
