If you've been thinking about buying a smoker for the first time, but cannot decide between a Gas or Charcoal model, then look no further - the MPS230S from Masterbuilt can be used with Charcoal or LPG Gas, and won't break the bank, but is man enough to get the job done.
This dual fuel smoker has a unique, patented 'Flame Disc Bowl' located above the gas burner and beneath the water bowl - you can put some wood chunks in the FD Bowl when smoking with gas, or fill the FD Bowl with charcoal if you are smoking with charcoal.
